Consumers have a fourteen-day right to cancel.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, compared to the full coverage of the contract.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the areas of:

• accommodation for purposes other than residential use,

• the transport of goods,

• car rental,

• catering or the supply of food and beverages, or

• the provision of other services related to leisure activities,
  if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

For a contract for the provision of services that requires payment of a price, the right of withdrawal shall also expire prematurely once the service has been fully performed, provided that you:

1. have given your express consent for us to begin performing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

2. have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.
